Stimulating the acupressure points for kidney and adrenal glands that are located on the palm of your hand is believed to be helpful to a greater extend in reducing hair fall from your head.

Getting rid of grey hair

The reason for the decrease and weakening of hormones and enzymes may be attributed to the weakening function of kidney and adrenal glands.
