Massaging the Paihui

How to massage the paihui:

  1. When doing the massage ensure to place all your fingers of the right hand on the paihui.

  1. Make gentle movements of your finger on your head and you will notice a small hollow area.
  2. Place your index finger or thumb into this hollow area and apply some moderate pressure in this area.

Middle of scalp

From the hollow point mentioned in this article above, you need by use of your fingers to locate the middle of the scalp towards the end of your hairline. This acupressure point is very effective for hair growth when stimulated.

To stimulate the middle scalp:

  1. Place one of your fingers to this area and rub the area gently.
  2. Do this for at least 10 minutes and you will begin to feel the change.
  3. Repeat this process regularly till your hair grows back to the scalp.

 

Hairline stimulation

The hairline on the forehead is known to have many pressure points that when stimulated they cause hair growth. To stimulate this point place your fingers on this line and gently massage the area for at least 10 minutes. Repeat the process 5 times a day.
